WHAT WE THINK ?     Indian BPO (business process outsourcing) is an important sector today in the Indian market According to the new survey of the Indian economy; the statistics shows that almost 80% of the world’s BPO services s will be given by the BPO services in India. The BPO industry is today the fastest growing industry in the country and it is responsible for one third of the country’s productivity rate and at the same time it has increased the growth rate of the nation. Hardly a decade back India was kicked off from outsourcing process of business but today the scenario has completely changed and almost each and every country of the world prefers India for outsourcing their business in order to get a better service. Basically almost 50% of Indians are youth who are all well educated. We think that we have the manpower with highly qualified English speaking capability, knowledge and a good communication skill which can give any business process a success and huge revenue at a cost competitive price. Apart from this the majority of Indian youth are professional graduates who are employed in the multinational companies and other outsourcing service provider in India and this has given a great lift for the BPO services in India. So we have got immense youth power. Low wages is another important factor for outsource of the business in India. India is a developing country with abundance of well educated and well trained people who are employed at a comparatively lower wages since in the developing countries the labor cost is very low and this is really an important factor why developed countries of the world are widely outsourcing their requirements to the BPO services India. In order to provide a good service it is necessary to have a good infrastructure. India is one of the fastest growing countries in the world today and perhaps it has become the hub for different multinational companies across the world.
